Pretty frequently I get asked questions like “How do you do it?” How do you move past the fear?”

To be completely honest, I didn’t always have a good answer to the question. Sometimes, if I’m being truthful, I’m kind of amazed that I’ve made it through some of my worst fears around my child’s health.

I’ve adopted the term, “grow through what you go through.”

My belief is that we must be willing to let go of the life we pictured and embrace the one that is in front of us. For this is the real deal, it’s not a practice run.

But how do we bridge the gap between fear and faith?

By nurturing the self. This is where our power lies.

So, for the past several years, I’ve been on a journey to try and figure out how to release the trauma, fear and the always evolving demands that come with being a full-time caretaker.

I began by working with my intuition. And then I reflected — a lot. I spent most of that time thinking and testing different techniques to cope with the everyday stressors.

The one thing that resonated with me the most was how different I felt when I fed my fears versus my faith.

I am happy to report that most days I entertain faith.

Faith in myself and in my child.

Four Pillars of My Coaching

How do I do this in my own life — maybe most important of all — what are the ways that I help other people become empowered?

  • Nurturing your intuition, which leads to increased self-trust and self-awareness.
  • Strengthening adaptability skills to endure you through all the unknowns.
  • Playfully engaging your focus on new outcomes and endless possibilities.
  • Consistent practice of purposeful actions rooted in your desire for an extraordinary life experience.
